2 ways to receive your requested audio downloads:

You have two opportunities to receive audio downloads: 

#1 — Immediately after payment has been made, and approved, the message on the screen states in bold to click the 'Continue' button to advance to the download page. Upon doing so, you will land on the download page and can access their link.

#2 — You will receive an email receipt that also contains the link to the download page.

3 reasons why you many NOT receive your audio downloads:

Three issues can occur that would prevent you from receiving your download:

#1 — Your payment was declined or did not go through for some reason. This could be an issue with the merchant account being temporarily unavailable or your card was actually declined for some reason.

#2 — Your payment processed, but you did not click 'Continue' to go on to the download page.

#3 — Your email receipt was caught in a spam mail filter. Check your spam/junk mail folder to see if the receipt is there.
